Acupuncture care rooted in understanding what the body is communicating through symptoms — and responding with individualized, thoughtful treatment.

Jess Daly is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of New York. Her practice is grounded in a whole-person approach that supports long-term wellness across every aspect of life. She focuses on understanding what the body is communicating through symptoms and responds with thoughtful, individualized care that helps restore mental and physical well-being.

This practice grew out of a curiosity about how the body speaks and what happens when we learn to listen.

Symptoms are approached as meaningful information, offering insight into patterns of stress, depletion, imbalance, or adaptation. Rather than simply treating symptoms, care focuses on what they reveal about the body and addresses the root cause.

Doing this work is a collaboration between practitioner and patient. Individualized care is shaped together, with an emphasis on understanding the body and incorporating lifestyle recommendations that  extend the benefits of in-person sessions.

In this way, acupuncture serves as both responsive and preventative care, a supporting well-being across the different seasons of life.
